HOW TO FIND AFFORDABLE HOUSING

Affordable Housing Solutions Florida (AHSF) Communities

If you would like to live in one of our properties:

  1. Click to see our Communities page.
  2. Click on the name of the community you are interested in contacting.
  3. The address and contact phone number of the property will appear for that specific community location.
  4. If you are interested in living in that community, call the property directly at the number provided.
  5. Make sure that you are on the waiting list for any property you are interested in, and if you have a voucher, make sure to inform the manager of that fact.

If you are interested in living in another affordable housing property:

  1. Click on the Partners page.
  2. Click on the Housing Resources tab.
  3. Click on the links listed.

The first two links are generally the most helpful.

Additional Housing Search Options

Internet Search

  1. Look for a housing authority in your area.  A simple Google search for housing authority and the city or county name – should provide you with the address, web address, and phone number for the local housing authority.
  2. Call and ask about the properties or fill out an application online.
  3. If there are no units available, as to be put on the Authorities Waiting List and give them the best phone number to contact you.
